Contacting the practice

This website provides links to book a free 15-minute consultation or email [email protected]. It does not use an enquiry form. When you book or send an email, you choose what information to provide to the practice.

A brief first enquiry is enough; detailed personal history can wait until appropriate arrangements have been discussed.

The external booking portal

Booking links take you to Chrome Counselling’s portal operated through Zanda. Information you enter there is submitted through that external service. Review the privacy information in the booking service before providing personal information.

You can contact Wayne directly if you have questions about booking or handling your information.

Optional website analytics

Optional analytics is off unless you choose to allow it. When enabled, it is intended to count clicks on booking and email links, along with the general position of the link, such as the header or footer. These counts describe contact actions, rather than completed appointments.

The website’s analytics configuration is designed to exclude service page names, page paths, search terms and the contents of enquiries. Advertising personalisation and tracking across the booking portal are not enabled.

Your preferences

You can accept or decline optional analytics through the website’s privacy controls. Your preference is stored in your browser so the website can remember your choice. Use “Analytics preferences” in the footer to change it.

Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional tracking. Clicks made before you allow analytics are not replayed. Declining analytics does not prevent you from using the contact or booking links.

Counselling and practice records

This page describes the website. Before counselling begins, ask Wayne about the practice’s handling of counselling records, access to information, retention, confidentiality and any applicable limits. For relationship counselling, discuss how information from individual and joint conversations is handled.
